Welcome to the Tumahole Heritage Project, a dedicated initiative to preserve, honour, and celebrate the rich history and culture of Tumahole, a vibrant township nestled in Parys, Free State.Our story begins with a mission: to document the resilience, unity, and courage of the Tumahole community during pivotal moments in South Africa’s history. At the heart of our project lies the 1984 rent boycott, a courageous act of defiance that resonated far beyond Tumahole’s borders and became a symbol of resistance during the apartheid era.

The Edgar Legoale Foundation is a non-profit company founded in 2018. The foundation was formed with the focus of empowering young people by equipping them with the necessary information and support to combat poverty. The foundation wants to ensure that young people are able to access opportunities and utilize them to the best of their potentials.
